All statements submitted in a ban appeal must be accurate and truthful. Dishonest or fraudulent submissions will result in immediate and permanent denial.
Harassment, hostility, or inappropriate language directed at moderators in an appeal will forfeit any right to reconsideration.
If unbanned, you agree to strictly comply with all Discord Community Guidelines and the server rules. Subsequent violations may result in an irreversible blacklist.
The moderation staff reserves the full discretion to accept or decline appeals based on the severity of the sanction and demonstrated accountability.
We only access your Discord User ID, username, and avatar via standard OAuth2 ('identify' scope). We do not collect passwords or private messages.
Data is used exclusively to check server ban status via the Discord Bot API and to store your submitted appeal questionnaire for staff evaluation.
Authentication sessions are encrypted and stored in secure, HTTP-only cookies. No tokens or sensitive credentials are ever sent to client-side scripts.
We never sell, distribute, or share user data with any third parties. Appeals remain stored strictly for administrative audit records.
